Francis Arturo Romero is the owner of the farm San Isidro III, which is located at 1200masl in the Colque area of Corquin, Copan in Honduras. Francis has a small amount of Catuai, but the majority of the 5.5f hectares of land is planted with Lempira.

This arabica variety is a cross between Timor Hybrid 832/1 and Caturra; it is well known to be a is a high yielding variety.

The producer has done a great effort in the past years, to improve the quality of his production; his coffee, after picking, is delivered to the mill to assess the cherry (take Brix) and decide on the process depending on space and what the producer has done already. This coffee is cleaned and taken to the beds, where it is dried for between 20 -30 days, being turned hourly.
