Description
La Parabolica is a specialty coffee blend inspired by one of the most famous curve of Monza’s Formula 1 circuit. We got inspiration by the Temple of Speed (nickname of the circuit) where emotions and hazard turn into a breathtaking experience. The fruitiness and acidity of this coffee shift a bit from a classic italian blend.
