Bali is a province of Indonesia, an island part of the Coral Triangle, an area with the highest biodiversity of marine species. In this exotic and wonderful island, coffee production has a long story and here this product is very tasteful and varied. From the early 20th century, traders from Lombok brought coffee plants to Bali: they found out that rich volcanic soil and the climate in was very good to grow the coffee plants. The coffee plantations started small but grew rapidly.
Today 20 farmers from Singaraja dan Tabanan can produce no more than 2 tons per year. All farms are located on Mount Batukaru at an altitude of 2000 meters above sea level. This pure and juicy coffee has good sweetness and a pleasant average body. Among the analogues, this lot stands out for a denser body, high-quality acidity and good sweetness. Fruity aromas are the most impressive, thanks to our specific roasting profile, able to exhalt these coffee beans.
