La Cristalina is a family farm with 19 ha. Maria Grajales is the fifth generation of coffee growers and the one that started implement different processing techniques like naturals from 2015.
Cristalina’s main crop is coffee, manily Castillo. It also has some plantain and orange trees, and planting of different cacao varietals has started is 2019. Smooth coffee with full body, with very fruity notes.
